Slab Jacking
Slab Jacking is needed when concrete floors are installed on dirt not fully compacted and the dirt settles creating the concrete floor to drop in certain areas. Sinking concrete slabs can be corrected by a process called slab jacking. Correcting the sunken concrete is done by injecting a mixture through small holes drilled in the concrete, ultimately filling in the void space underneath. Slab jacking is not intended to raise or re-level entire houses. It is more intended for portions of slab foundations, garage floors, sidewalks, patios, driveways, etc. If you have concrete that is sunken, unstable or is a trip hazard, uneven or draining improperly. We can lift and stabilize it for you. Call us today for a homeowner estimate, (919) 479-7100.
